Online registration will be available in October. Please read carefully below before registration.

Our registration policy is that at least one author of accepted paper shall make pre-registration.

Conference registration fee includes final program, two lunches, welcome reception, conference banquet, refreshment breaks, and conference gift. Students must present a proof of their student status at the registration desk.

For those who wish to purchase the printed Springer proceedings, the ordered book will be sent by ship after the conference. The book charge includes shipping charge. As regular or student conference fee includes banquet, the extra banquet is for accompanying person.

 

 

Payment Information

Registration payment is made in U.S. Dollars only. You can select one of two payment methods; credit card and bank wire. For those who use credit card; VISA, Master, AMEX are available for foreigners and BC, Korea Exchange, LG, Kookmin, Samsung are accepted for Korean. For those who pay by bank wire, pre-registration fee should reach the secretariat no later than Nov 20, 2015. All handling charges are to be paid by registrants.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be made unless a written request for cancellation is received after Nov 30, 2015. All refunds are subject to a 50% cancellation fee prior to Dec 1. Appropriate refund will be made after the conference.

 

On-line Registration Procedure

 1. Sign up below and get your username and password.
 2. Log in and fill out the online registration form.
 3. Confirm “Summary of Registration Fee“ to proceed with payment.
 4. After complete payment, the secretariat will send “Registration Confirmation” to you.
 5. Bring the Registration Confirmation to a registration desk at the time of the conference.
 6. Pick up a registrant's package from the desk.
