Venue & Accommodation
The workshop will be held at Grand Hyatt Incheon, 3 km away from Incheon International Airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel. Upon arriving at the Incheon International Airport, take the shuttle bus at gate 3C (left end) or 14C (right end) on the 1st floor (arrival floor) departing every 15 minutes (commuting time is only 3 minutes). It operates from 5 am to 11 pm. You can find out a red sign stand of Grand Hyatt Incheon at the bus stop.
There are two buildings in the hotel; East Tower and West Tower. We booked rooms for your accommodation at East Tower and for the workshop at West Tower. The hotel provides guests with wifi access, fitness center, swimming pool, and sauna free of charge. For any inquiries on accommodations, contact Hyangmi Kim at hyangmi@cagency.com.
